I probably need to replace the tensioner, gun liner, contact tip etc. It make sparks but does not feed reliably. I have glued the 6 pieces of the base together and reassembled the welder. I will see if I can get a picture to post. I am afraid this would be a factory order part. The internal end of the MIG gun liner is pinch mounted to the base as well. On one side is mounted the wire feed motor and on the other is mounted the feed tension roller. However, the critical part I need is a plastic base or foundation which mounts in a rectangular hole in the vertical divider between the transformer side and the wire spool side of the machine.
